Self acceptance/Identity Issues
Everyone has feelings of inferiority. Sometimes these feelings can stimulate us to healthy actions and achievements, but feelings of inferiority can also be overwhelming and cause us to withdraw from others and from living a full and satisfying life.
Inferiority affects may include;
- Feeling isolated and unlovable
- Lack of motivation
- Anger
- Difficulty getting along with others
- Poor decision making
- Being dependent and overly sensitive
- Unhealthy boundaries
- Depression
- Self-criticism, self-hatred and self-rejection
